SALUTE TO EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIP
REQUIREMENTS & CRITERIA
Applicants must be enrolled in a Miami-Dade or Broward County public or private High School.
Applicants must maintain a minimum 3.0 WEIGHTED GPA or higher and graduate in 2020.
Students must be a citizen or permanent resident with a U.S. issued social security number*.
- Scholarship applications will be judged based on the following criteria:
- Financial Need
- Community Involvement
- Academic Achievement
- Demonstrated Leadership
- Quality of Character
- Life Goals & Interests
- Obstacles Overcome
- Meaningful Objectives Achieved
*NOTE: IF YOU ARE CHOSEN A WINNER OF ONE OF OUR SCHOLARSHIPS YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE US WITH YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER IN ORDER FOR THE CHECK TO BE PROCESSED AND DISTRIBUTED. You do not need to provide the social security number at the time of application. All winners will be individually notified and asked for their number before the checks are made out.
