SALUTE TO EDUCATION
2008-2009 SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
ATTENTION STUDENTS: PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY.
To apply for a 2008-2009 scholarship, all eligible* Miami-Dade and Broward County high school seniors must follow these steps:
Step 1: Click on the link below to complete and submit the scholarship application.
Be sure to print a copy of your application for your records, before submitting it online.
Step 2: Once the application has been submitted, an Application Verification Form will appear on the computer screen. Print the Application Verification Form, fill it out completely and obtain the necessary signatures.
Step 3: Mail or fax the Application Verification Form** to the Salute to Education office no later than January 30, 2009 to the address/fax number listed below.
Be sure to photocopy your Application Verification Form for your record before mailing or faxing it.
Please do not submit supporting exhibits such as scrapbooks,
portfolios, resumes, tapes, or grades with the Application Verification Form.
REMEMBER TO PRINT AND/OR PHOTOCOPY EVERYTHING!
IF THERE ARE ANY PROBLEMS WITH YOUR APPLICATION SUBMISSION
OR YOUR APPLICATION VERIFICATION FORM GETS LOST IN THE MAIL,
YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID!!!

Incomplete Applications and/or

Scholarship distribution is conducted at the sole discretion of Salute to Education, Inc., which retains the right to make program rule changes at any time. All judging decisions are final. |
